About 4Networking
Members have 3 business appointments at each breakfast and can network up to 4 times each week.
4Networking is 50% business 50% social and it works. It is a simple, cost effective and friendly way to market your business. Unstuffy, Welcoming, Friendly and Effective!
Network up to 4 times each week if you wish and members attend because they want to not because they have to.
With 200+ vibrant breakfast groups across the UK and 21510 members - online and face to face. It really is a different way of doing things.

You get to speak to business owners - no letters, no gatekeepers...just straight to it!
The breakfast meetings - what actually happens?
08:00 Open networking - Great chance to ease yourself into it, over coffee/tea/juice.
08:30 The 40 Seconds Round - This is the bit where you get to broadcast your message to the group. (see below for ideas)
09:00 5-minute break - to recharge your cup and book up your 3 x 10-minute appointments (‘1-2-1s’).
09:10 4Sight Slot - Insight, not a sales pitch, into a members specialist field. As a member, you will have the opportunity to present a 4Sight slot
09:25 The Appointment Rounds - 3 x 10-minute ‘1-2-1’ appointments with members you chose to fast-track business relationships.
10:00 Meeting close. - After this, you may want to stay and continue networking! We often find members arrange meetings with their clients after the breakfasts to incorporate networking and further appointments.
The 40 seconds round
A suggestion on what to say in your 40 seconds:
1. Your name and company name
2. What Products and Services do you offer?
3. What is your USP?
4. What are you looking for? E.g. type of clients, suppliers, Partnerships etc.
5. Repeat your name and company name
6. Memory Hook (your strap line)
If you don’t have a strap line or memory hook, please contact us and we will happily provide you with a source for free examples and ideas.
What do I bring?
At every meeting there is a 'bumf' table where you can place your literature and business cards as we do not pass them round the table.
Also, please bring 3 business cards labelled 1, 2 and 3 ready for your appointments.
What do I do now?
If you haven't already, you need to register for FREE on the website. You can then start booking into meetings. Please Click Here to register.
Registering allows free online networking & up to 3 visits to breakfast groups without joining; although there are some special offers for first time visitors.
You will also be able to attend a further two meetings before joining if you so wish.
