Database cleansing
Having a current and up-to-date database is fundamental to successful and effective marketing.
Money can be easily wasted on unnecessary marketing to contacts who, have either left or are not the correct person to target. Many contacts do not pass their post or email onto the correct people within their organisations. They simply bin or delete it every time it comes in without informing the sender that they no longer wish to receive the information or it should be sent to someone else. It is easier for them just to dismiss it.
